What's in the box

How much to use

1 box = 2 sachets of 25 g, 1 kg chicken or mutton in all
1 sachet for 500 g. Use the full sachet each time
Ginger, garlic, salt and all the spices are already in. You add onion, and a little water for consistency

How to cook it

Three steps. That’s it.

Sauté onions

Heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté sliced onions with a few curry leaves till golden.

Add meat and masala

Add 500 g chicken and one full sachet. Stir for 2 minutes, add a little water for consistency, cover and cook till tender. Pressure-cook mutton.

Cook it down

Uncover and cook till the masala thickens and coats the meat. Serve hot.

How much meat does one box make?

1 kg. The box has 2 sachets of 25 g, and each sachet is for 500 g. Use a full sachet each time.

What do I need to add?

Onion, and a little water for consistency. Ginger, garlic, salt and all the spices are already in the masala.

How long does it take?

About 15 minutes for chicken. Mutton takes longer: pressure-cook it with the masala till tender, then cook it down.

How spicy is it?

Spicy: the boldest of our regional blends, red and fiery.

Can I make it veg?

Yes. Mushroom, soya chunks or paneer work with the same steps.
